- Compliance with substance-free requirements where applicable.
- No violence, threats, weapons, theft, or illegal activity.
- Compliance with visitor and quiet-hour policies.
- Reasonable cleanliness of personal and shared spaces.
- Timely payment or approved funding arrangements.
- Following safety, parking, smoking, and property-specific rules.
Final resident rules and occupancy documents are provided during the placement process.
